The Annual Meeting for East Glenville Community Church, Inc. will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 7:00 pm to conduct the following business:
- To hear and act upon the 2025 Annual Reports
- To consider and act upon the proposed budget for 2026
- To consider and act upon the proposed constitutional amendment that reads as follows:
Revise Article III.A.2.h, which currently reads, “We believe that marriage is a covenant between a man and a woman and God” to read “We believe that all people were made in the image of God, both male and female. God created people into two distinctive biological sexes, male and female, which have equal intrinsic value. God designed marriage to be a covenant relationship between one man and one woman, who are united together before God. God designed sex to take place within that covenant marriage relationship. We affirm the goodness of the Creator and embrace the wisdom of God’s design for life and His Creation.” (Gen. 1:26, 2:18-24; Ps. 139:13-14; Isa. 43:7; Matt. 19:4-6, Eph. 5:22-23)”
- To consider and act upon any other business that may rightfully come before the congregation
